高知、室戸岬の近く。

昨日は海に行けました。
1ヶ月ほどぎっくり腰が治らなく
リハビリ？のつもりで暖かくなった海は
いい休みになりました。

帰りには徳島、美波町の道の駅にて
ビタミン（苺）ミネラル（新わかめ）補給完了ですw
